  • Yes — all electricity, water and gas are included in your weekly room rate, there are no additional charges.

    We also provide complimentary high-speed NBN internet.

  • Yes. Each bedroom and each external door uses a unique electronic lock with an individual passcode.

    When a resident moves in, they are issued with a new unique passcode.

  • Yes. All bedrooms are fully furnished with bed, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, lounge chair, 205L fridge with freezer, floor rug, food storage cabinet, bedside tables and table lamps.

    Mattress protectors, hand towels, tea towels, bath mats and dish cloths are provided. You will need to bring pillows, quilt, bed linen and towels.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, saucepans, bowls etc.

    The laundry has washing basket, pegs, iron, ironing board, dustpan and brush and vacuum cleaner.

  • Lease terms are 3 - 12+ months.

  • Some rooms are suitable for couples. Please ask us about current availability.

  • Street parking is available and there are a limited number of car parks available on site.

    Parking on site is on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
