The Doherty Residences is managed by a small team of professionals.
We were granted a Rooming House Operator’s Licence by the Victorian Business Licensing Authority at the end of 2025. At the same time, we registered The Doherty Residences with the Latrobe City Council.
Our aim is to provide quality accommodation ideal for healthcare workers, students and professionals wanting to live in Morwell for work or study.
We understand your security is paramount. Our property features secure electronic door locks on all external doors and each private bedroom, as well as CCTV in common areas, ensuring residents can feel safe at all times.
The Doherty Residences common areas are cleaned weekly for your comfort. We take pride in ensuring the property is well maintained and the Manager is available to attend to any issues that may arise.
